Software reported as virus or killed? Is it safe to use?

100% safe. Because the software does the encryption process touches some operations that are blocked by anti-virus monitoring, so it will be mistaken for a malicious program. Turn off the anti-virus software when you use, or add to the whitelist. We have submitted a false alarm complaint, but it takes time to accept.

How can I reuse the IP I have used before?

Users can add their common IPs to “Favorites”. After adding, users can quickly view their commonly used IPs in the favorites.(Please note that “Shared Static Proxy IP” will still be charged if you reuse it after 24 hours)

How long does the account balance expire?
